These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NexaMarkets ("the Platform"), operated at nexamarkets.ai. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What NexaMarkets is

NexaMarkets is a market intelligence and sentiment analysis platform that uses AI to score the sentiment of financial news and data across stocks, crypto, forex, futures, and options. The Platform provides informational tools including sentiment scores, news feeds, alerts, and an economic calendar.

2. Not financial advice

NexaMarkets does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All information provided on the Platform — including AI sentiment scores, news feeds, alerts, and blog content — is for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on information from NexaMarkets. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor and do your own research before making any trading or investment decisions.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not manage money or recommend specific securities, strategies, or account types.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NexaMarkets. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials or API keys with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription plans

NexaMarkets offers Free, Pro ($39/month), and Elite ($99/month) subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — there are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Elite plan users receive access to the NexaMarkets Sentiment API. API keys are personal and must not be shared, resold, or used to build competing products. We reserve the right to revoke API access if usage violates these Terms or exceeds rate limits (1,000 requests per day per key).

While we strive to provide accurate and timely sentiment analysis, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, scores, or information provided on the Platform. News data is sourced from third-party providers (Finnhub) and AI analysis is generated by language models which may occasionally produce errors. You use the Platform's data at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaMarkets and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions, service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or inability to access the Platform.

10. Intellectual property

All content on NexaMarkets — including the design, code, AI analysis, blog posts, and branding — is owned by NexaMarkets and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page of your dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
